First-Time Clients

For your first appointment, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled starting time. This will allow for time to complete the Client Intake Form and prepare for your massage session. After your first appointment, please arrive five minutes before your scheduled starting time. Early arrivals allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your massage may need to be shortened to stay on schedule.  The original session time will be charged.

Cancellation, No Show, Late Arrivals, and Termination

Please provide 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a massage. Clients who fail to show up for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services and an additional missed appointment charge of $20 may be assessed. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when the schedule allows, it may be accommodated as a partial or full appointment. The original reservation will be charged. My services are therapeutic in their entirety and 100% non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior on the client's part will result in immediate termination of the session with no refunds.
